YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: September 13, 2026
Villar Vending respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you ask us to evaluate a location, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, location type, and any details you choose to share. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as browser and device type, IP address, request time, and error or security logs. The site stores your cookie preference and popup-dismissal choice on your device.
How we use information
- Respond to your request and evaluate whether a location may qualify.
- Contact you by email, phone, or text about the vending placement you requested.
- Determine whether Villar Vending or a selected independent vending operator may be able to fulfill the request.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and lead process.
- Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, or other unauthorized activity and comply with legal obligations.
Direct service and operator matching
Villar Vending may supply and service an approved machine directly. We may also match or assign a placement opportunity to a selected independent vending operator. When we consider or make that match, we may share your submitted contact and location information with that operator so the operator can evaluate the location, contact you, propose terms, or fulfill the placement. The selected operator is independently responsible for its own services and privacy practices.
Calls and text messages
When you check the consent box and submit a form, you agree that Villar Vending and, if matched, a selected independent operator may contact you about the request by phone, email, or text. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing products, and you may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or contacting us.
Other ways information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information for unrelated advertising. In addition to the selected operators described above, we share information with service providers that help us host the website, store form submissions, secure the service, and deliver lead notifications. FormSubmit currently processes form information to deliver notifications to our business inbox. Providers may process information under their own terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Advertising and analytics
We use Google Ads measurement to understand campaign performance. Advertising and analytics storage are denied by default and enabled through the choices presented in our cookie notice. We do not place personal information such as your email address or phone number into advertising-page URLs. Review our Cookie Policy for more information.
Retention and security
We retain lead information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate or fulfill a placement, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use HTTPS and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw a communications request, by emailing info@villarvending.com. We may need to verify your request. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings.
Children
This business service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
